Rinocerii au fost reintrodusi in salbaticie in Uganda, in Parcul National Kidepo Valley, dupa 40 de ani de cand au disparut din cauza braconajului. Ultimul rinocer a fost ucis in 1983. Reintroducerea reprezinta un succes pentru conservarea speciilor.
