Clovnii din Bolivia au iesit in strada pentru a protesta fata de un nou decret care, spun ei, le ameninta mijloacele de trai. Acestia se tem ca legislatia va impune restrictii asupra activitatilor lor si le va afecta capacitatea de a-si castiga existenta. Protestele au adus in prim plan importanta rolului clovnilor in cultura boliviana si impactul potential al reglementarilor asupra acestei forme de arta traditionala.
