Lafarge, a French cement manufacturer, has been found guilty of financing terrorism for its operations in Syria. The company made payments to ISIS and other armed groups to ensure the continued operation of its cement plant in the war-torn country. The court ruled that Lafarge was complicit in crimes against humanity by indirectly supporting ISIS through these financial transactions.
