Un tribunal australian a hotarat ca un copil aborigen, care fusese mutat la o distanta de 1700 km de comunitatea sa natala din Northern Territory, trebuie sa fie returnat. Decizia a fost luata in considerarea importantei legaturilor culturale si familiale pentru dezvoltarea copilului.
