Meta Disables 150,000 Accounts Targeting Southeast Asian Scams
Meta has disabled over 150,000 accounts involved in scam networks operating in Southeast Asia. Whistleblowers also allege that Meta and TikTok prioritized algorithm engagement over user safety.
