Eduard Martin, noul sef al PSD Constanta pe municipiu
Eduard Martin, fost apropiat al lui Radu Mazare si beneficiar al Polaris, a fost numit sef al PSD Constanta pe municipiu. Acesta a fost implicat in afacerea cu monopol pe gunoaie din Constanta.
